Registered Office Address

All UK registered companies are required by law to have a registered office address in the UK which must be a full postal address, i.e. PO Box/Mail Box addresses are not permissable.

We offer a registered office service for companies wishing to maintain a registered office address separate from their trading address or directors home address. Our fee for this service is £95 (inc VAT) per annum  and includes the forwarding of statutory mail (Companies House, Inland Revenue, Bank correspondence etc) on a daily basis. We have been providing our registered office address service to clients for over a decade with total customer satisfaction.

  • Stop your residential or trading address from appearing on the public register
  • Avoid rental contract restrictions.  If your home or business address is rented many landlords do not allow their address to be used as a registered office address
  • International clients will need this service to form a UK company as the registered office address must be in the UK
  • Ensure continuity of address if you move or work away
  • Prevent unsolicited junk mail.

This service is particularly useful for directors working from home or who want to give the appearance of their company being a larger concern. The address will appear on the public record as the official address of the company and can be added to your company stationery. Please note that the service covers the forwarding of statutory mail only.

For clients abroad it is a legal requirment that your UK company has its registered office address in the UK and this service will cover that requirement.

This service can be combined with our directors service address for complete privacy, preventing your residential address from appearing anywhere on the Companies House public record for your new company.

Any of our company services can be ordered by clicking on the ‘order now’ button below.  Alternatively any services can be selected on the company formation order form when applying to incorporate a new company.
