• For companies wishing to maintain a registered office address separate from their trading address or directors home address we offer a registered office service. (Can be useful for those working from home who do not wish prospective clients/contacts to view their home through Google maps). For a one year period our address will appear on the public record and we will immediately forward, unopened, all statutory mail to any European address.

Corporate secretary appointment - £89 inc VAT

• O.C.S. will act as nominee corporate secretary for a one year period. Particularly useful for lone directors who do not wish to involve any others in the company.

Company secretarial compliance service - £95 inc VAT

• Complying with statutory regulations can be time consuming and frustrating. For a fixed fee we can relieve you of this burden by providing a full secretarial compliance service.
• We will look after all your company's compliance paperwork for you and ensure that any changes to the company’s officers, shareholders or set up are dealt with efficiently and correctly.
• The service includes the completion and filing of all required company secretarial forms including company annual return, the update and maintenance of statutory registers (required by law) the completion and filing of dormant accounts if applicable and the provision of fully completed company minutes for all changes.
• This service provides the security of having your company's statutory books and annual returns maintained on sophisticated company secretarial software ensuring the company fulfils its statutory secretarial obligations each year.

• Our Business support package consists of all 3 annual services listed above for a reduced overall cost.

Nominee Shareholder - £89 inc VAT

• We will hold shares for any designated individual or company leaving the true beneficiary to remain anonymous. The service includes the provision of a declaration of trust and stock transfer form allowing the beneficiary to retain full control over the shares in question.
